Peptides can help you build muscle, speed up recovery, and take weight off — but none of them work in a vacuum. Peptides amplify your effort — they don't replace it

Training window
Lift for 45–60 minutes, compounds first. Don't chase exhaustion; chase consistency and slow progression. Walk on the days you don't lift.
Meals
Protein first at lunch and dinner, 25–40 g per sitting. If you're on a GLP-1 and full after three bites, make sure those bites were the protein.
Evening
Log your doses and your day. Sleep is when growth hormone does its work — and when evening peptides like ipamorelin are typically timed.
