What Peppy is

Peppy is a self-tracking and reference tool. It records what you enter and summarises published reference material. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for a clinician.

Your responsibilities

• You are 18 or older.
• You are responsible for the legality of any substance you obtain or use where you live.
• You keep your login credentials secure.
• You do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or resell access.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. The lifetime plan is a single payment. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period.

Refunds

If the product does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We make no guarantee that library content, calculations, or assistant replies are complete or error free. Verify anything that matters with a clinician.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppy is not liable for any harm arising from use of the service or from decisions made using it.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
