What it does
An FDA-approved growth-hormone-releasing peptide, best known for targeting visceral fat — the deep abdominal fat around the organs that is hardest to shift and most linked to health risk. What people look into it for: • Reducing deep belly fat specifically • Raising IGF-1 and supporting lean mass • Liver fat reduction • Cognitive benefits reported in some studies of older adults It is approved for HIV-associated lipodystrophy and studied elsewhere.
