What it does

A gentle ghrelin mimic that tells the pituitary to release a clean pulse of growth hormone. It is popular because it does this without meaningfully raising cortisol (stress hormone), prolactin or hunger. What people look into it for: • Deeper sleep and better overnight recovery • Gradual lean-muscle gain and fat loss • Joint, tendon and skin repair • A milder side-effect profile than older GH secretagogues It is often stacked with CJC-1295 (no DAC) because the two work through different doorways and produce a bigger pulse together.

Mechanism

Selective GHS-R1a agonist triggering pituitary GH release.
