Pinealon

Also known as Brain bioregulator, Glu-Asp-Arg

A brain-targeted bioregulator used in short courses for memory and clarity.

How it's taken (route)

Documented dose
2000–5000 mcg
Typical frequency
Once daily for a 10-day course
Cycle
2 weeks on, 16 off
Half-life
Short — effects persist after the course
Common vial sizes
20 mg
Regulatory status
Research chemical — not approved for human use.

Dose on a U-100 syringe (2000–5000 mcg)

VialBAC waterDraw
20 mg1.5 mL15–38 units
20 mg2 mL20–50 units

On a U-100 syringe, 100 units = 1 mL, and the syringe holds 100 units total. Most people keep a single subcutaneous injection under about 50 units — bigger volumes are usually mixed stronger (less water) or split into two shots. Only mixes that fit in one syringe are shown. Always double-check with the reconstitution calculator.

What it does

Pinealon is a three-amino-acid bioregulator aimed at brain tissue. People run it in short 10-day courses two or three times a year for memory, mental clarity, sleep quality, and general resilience to stress.

Mechanism

Thought to enter cells and interact directly with DNA in neural tissue, normalising protein synthesis and protecting neurons from oxidative stress.

Storage — lyophilisedwhat's this?

Refrigerate the sealed vial.

Storage — reconstitutedwhat's this?

Refrigerate and use within about 4 weeks.

Reconstitution noteswhat's this?

Mix a 20 mg vial with 2 mL (200 units) of bacteriostatic water (10 mg/mL). 20 units is 2 mg, 50 units is 5 mg. First course: 20 units daily for 10 days. Later courses: 20-50 units daily for 10 days. Two to three courses a year.

Stacks well with

Popular combinations reported in the community and research literature — not a recommendation. Adding peptides multiplies side-effect risk; check with a clinician.

Commonly reported side effects

  • Injection site reactions
  • Headache
  • Vivid dreams

Contraindications noted

  • Pregnancy

Research notes

Part of the Khavinson bioregulator family; human data is mostly Russian clinical reports.
