Vilon
Also known as Thymus bioregulator, Lys-Glu
A thymus bioregulator used for immune balance and healthy ageing.
How it's taken
a small shot into the fat just under the skin (belly, thigh, or love handle)
a deeper shot into a muscle, usually the glute, thigh, or shoulder
Availability varies by supplier — injectable is the most commonly researched form.

- Documented dose
- 5000–5000 mcg
- Typical frequency
- 5 mg once daily for a 10-day course
- Cycle
- 2 weeks on, 12 off
- Half-life
- Short — effects persist after the course
- Common vial sizes
- 20 mg
- Regulatory status
- Research chemical — not approved for human use.
Dose on a U-100 syringe (5000–5000 mcg)
| Vial | BAC water | Draw |
|---|---|---|
| 20 mg | 1.5 mL | 38 units |
| 20 mg | 2 mL | 50 units |
On a U-100 syringe, 100 units = 1 mL, and the syringe holds 100 units total. Most people keep a single subcutaneous injection under about 50 units — bigger volumes are usually mixed stronger (less water) or split into two shots. Only mixes that fit in one syringe are shown. Always double-check with the reconstitution calculator.
What it does
Vilon is a two-amino-acid bioregulator from thymus tissue. It is used in 10-day courses a few times a year for immune resilience, recovery from illness or surgery, and general vitality as the thymus declines with age.
Mechanism
Tissue-specific bioregulator: short enough to enter the cell nucleus and influence gene expression in immune tissue, supporting T-cell activity.
Storage — lyophilisedwhat's this?
Refrigerate the sealed vial.
Storage — reconstitutedwhat's this?
Refrigerate and use within about 4 weeks.
Reconstitution noteswhat's this?
Mix a 20 mg vial with 2 mL (200 units) of bacteriostatic water (10 mg/mL). 50 units is 5 mg. Take 50 units once daily for 10 days, repeated three to four times a year. Subcutaneous or intramuscular.
Stacks well with
- Thymosin Alpha-1Both thymus-derived immune support — keep doses conservative.
- EpitalonStandard bioregulator longevity course.
Popular combinations reported in the community and research literature — not a recommendation. Adding peptides multiplies side-effect risk; check with a clinician.
Commonly reported side effects
- Injection site redness or itching
- Headache
- Mild digestive upset
- Temporary flushing
Contraindications noted
- Active autoimmune flare without clinician oversight
Research notes
Effects may add to Thymosin Alpha-1, Thymogen or interferon therapy — do not stack immune agents casually.
