Adipotide
Also known as FTPP, Prohibitin-TP01
An aggressive experimental fat-loss peptide that targets the blood supply of fat tissue.
How it's taken (route)
a small shot into the fat just under the skin (belly, thigh, or love handle)

- Documented dose
- 330–1000 mcg
- Typical frequency
- Once daily for 28 days
- Cycle
- 4 weeks on, 4 off
- Half-life
- Short
- Common vial sizes
- 10 mg
- Regulatory status
- Research chemical — not approved for human use.
Dose on a U-100 syringe (330–1000 mcg)
| Vial | BAC water | Draw |
|---|---|---|
| 10 mg | 2.5 mL | 8.3–25 units |
| 10 mg | 3 mL | 9.9–30 units |
On a U-100 syringe, 100 units = 1 mL, and the syringe holds 100 units total. Most people keep a single subcutaneous injection under about 50 units — bigger volumes are usually mixed stronger (less water) or split into two shots. Only mixes that fit in one syringe are shown. Always double-check with the reconstitution calculator.
What it does
Adipotide is used in short 28-day blocks by people trying to shed stubborn fat, usually around the abdomen. Unlike GLP-1s it does not work by killing appetite — it goes after the fat tissue itself. Weight comes off fast, which is exactly why it is considered a high-risk compound.
Mechanism
Binds prohibitin on the blood vessels that feed white fat, triggering those vessels to die back so the fat cells they supply shrink.
Storage — lyophilisedwhat's this?
Refrigerate the sealed vial.
Storage — reconstitutedwhat's this?
Refrigerate and use within about 3-4 weeks.
Reconstitution noteswhat's this?
Mix a 10 mg vial with 2.5 mL of bacteriostatic water (4 mg/mL). Days 1-7: 8 units (about 0.33 mg). Days 8-14: 14 units (about 0.55 mg). Days 15-28: 25 units (1 mg). Abdominal injection is the usual site.
Stacks well with
Popular combinations reported in the community and research literature — not a recommendation. Adding peptides multiplies side-effect risk; check with a clinician.
Commonly reported side effects
- Dehydration
- Kidney strain
- Nausea
- Fatigue
- Injection site irritation
Contraindications noted
- Any kidney disease
- Dehydration
- Pregnancy
Research notes
Animal studies showed rapid fat loss but also kidney toxicity at higher doses. Human data is essentially absent. Water intake matters.
