Adamax
Also known as N-Acetyl Semax Amidate analog, Adamax peptide
A newer nootropic peptide used for focus, memory and mental stamina.
How it's taken (route)

- Documented dose
- 300–1000 mcg
- Typical frequency
- Once daily in the morning
- Cycle
- 10 weeks on, 10 off
- Half-life
- Short — effects are cumulative rather than acute
- Common vial sizes
- 10 mg
- Regulatory status
- Research chemical — not approved for human use.
Dose on a U-100 syringe (300–1000 mcg)
| Vial | BAC water | Draw |
|---|---|---|
| 10 mg | 2.5 mL | 7.5–25 units |
| 10 mg | 3 mL | 9.0–30 units |
On a U-100 syringe, 100 units = 1 mL, and the syringe holds 100 units total. Most people keep a single subcutaneous injection under about 50 units — bigger volumes are usually mixed stronger (less water) or split into two shots. Only mixes that fit in one syringe are shown. Always double-check with the reconstitution calculator.
What it does
People run Adamax when they want sharper focus and better recall without the jittery feel of stimulants. Reported effects are steadier concentration through a long workday, easier word recall, and a calmer baseline mood. Effects build over a few weeks rather than appearing on day one.
Mechanism
Believed to support BDNF and other neurotrophic signalling in the brain, which is the same broad pathway Semax and Selank act on.
Storage — lyophilisedwhat's this?
Store the sealed powder vial in the fridge; room temperature is fine short-term.
Storage — reconstitutedwhat's this?
Refrigerate after mixing and use within about 4 weeks.
Reconstitution noteswhat's this?
Mix a 10 mg vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water. That gives about 3.3 mg/mL, so 300 mcg is 9 units and 1 mg is 30 units on a U-100 syringe. Ramp: 9 units for 2 weeks, 15 units (500 mcg), 23 units (750 mcg), then 30 units (1 mg).
Stacks well with
Popular combinations reported in the community and research literature — not a recommendation. Adding peptides multiplies side-effect risk; check with a clinician.
Commonly reported side effects
- Headache
- Trouble sleeping if dosed late
- Irritability at higher doses
Contraindications noted
- Not for use with uncontrolled psychiatric conditions without clinician oversight
Research notes
Very little published human research. Dosing is community protocol rather than clinical trial data.
