What it does
The original growth-hormone-releasing peptide — a copy of the first 29 amino acids of the body's own GHRH. It asks the pituitary for growth hormone instead of supplying it from outside, so the body's own feedback controls stay in charge. What people look into it for: • Age-related decline in growth hormone in adults • Better sleep quality and recovery • Gradual improvements in body composition, skin and energy • A safer-feeling alternative to injected HGH Results build over months rather than weeks. It was previously used medically to diagnose growth hormone deficiency in children.
Mechanism
Binds pituitary GHRH receptors, preserving feedback-regulated GH pulses.
