What it does

Also called Mod GRF 1-29. It nudges the pituitary gland to release your own growth hormone in a natural burst, rather than adding synthetic hormone from outside. What people look into it for: • Better deep sleep and feeling more rested • Faster recovery between training sessions • Gradual improvements in lean muscle and body composition • Skin, hair and connective-tissue quality Because it clears quickly, it is usually dosed before bed and often paired with a ghrelin-type peptide such as ipamorelin for a stronger pulse.

Mechanism

GHRH analogue binding pituitary GHRH receptors to stimulate endogenous GH secretion.
