What it does

The same growth-hormone-releasing peptide with an added carrier (DAC) that keeps it in the bloodstream for days instead of minutes, giving a raised baseline of growth hormone and IGF-1 from one or two shots a week. What people look into it for: • Steady, longer-lasting support for recovery and repair • Lean muscle and fat-loss support over a longer cycle • Convenience — far fewer injections than short-acting versions The trade-off is that it flattens the body's natural pulsing rhythm, which some people prefer to keep intact.

Mechanism

Albumin-binding DAC extends half-life of the GHRH analogue, raising GH bleed levels.

Storage — lyophilised

Refrigerate 2-8C, protect from light.

Storage — reconstituted

Refrigerate 2-8C, use within ~28 days.

Reconstitution notes

Add 2 ml bacteriostatic water to a 2 mg vial for 10 mcg per unit.

Commonly stacked with

  • Ipamorelin

Commonly reported side effects

  • Water retention
  • Joint aches
  • Carpal tunnel symptoms
  • Fatigue

Contraindications noted

  • Active malignancy
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Uncontrolled diabetes

Research notes

Sustained GH elevation is less physiologic than pulsatile dosing; monitor IGF-1 where possible.
